Consistent with the DOD Strategy for Resilient and Healthy Defense Communities, we are implementing the Wellness at Home program to provide healthy military homes. Healthy military homes mean the space is comfortable, has exceptional indoor and outdoor environment quality, and offers proximity to open spaces that contribute to overall well-being.

The program aims to:

  • Provide healthier indoor environments and enhance the quality of life for our service members, families, and civilians.

  • Reduce and mitigate potential known irritants with access to cleaner air and water.

  • Increase resident comfort.

In-Home Solutions

Corvias is enhancing our communities with wellness technologies to improve the resident experience. Environmental solutions will improve the quality of life, well-being, and overall performance of members in our communities. Through the wellness program, residents may see enhancements to their home's air and water quality, lighting, and humidity controls.

As the largest participant in the WELL for Residential Program, Corvias has committed to work with our Army partner to enroll 22,000 homes across seven installations. Corvias strives to meet the standards set by the International WELL Building Institute, with the intent to achieve WELL Residence certification for all homes and apartments in our military housing portfolio.
