Wellness for Army Soldiers and Families
Corvias’ Wellness at Home enhances the resident experience by supporting the well-being, performance, and resilience of our soldiers and their families.
Through this program, indoor air, water, and light quality will be improved to meet the standards set by the International WELL Building Institute, with the intent to achieve WELL Residence certification for all homes and apartments in the Corvias housing portfolio. As the largest participant in the WELL for Residential Program, Corvias has committed to work with our Army partner to enroll 22,000 homes across seven military installations.
Air Purification
The air we breathe impacts our daily lives. It has the ability to influence our stress levels, mental sharpness, and quality of sleep. It additionally plays a crucial role in our overall cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Circadian Lighting
Light affects our energy levels, moods, and sleep patterns. Circadian lighting solutions can help the body realign with its natural cycle, to better regulate critical functions like metabolism, performance and sleep quality.
Water Filtration
Water is a crucial element for our everyday well-being. Water filtration systems are designed to purify water, removing harmful impurities such as PFAS, heavy metals, disinfectants, microbial cysts, in addition to improving taste and reducing odors.
Improving Home Environments
Since service members move frequently, this program helps ensure that Corvias' military housing portfolio provides consistent living conditions. A consistent, stable environment will contribute to the overall wellness of service members and their families.
To stay up to date on this program, please register with the form below. Upon Army approval, we plan to begin our first stage of installations this year. The program will continue over the next few years across our communities. Residents can expect an initial visit to install the point-of-use innovations. Regular service visits will be required to ensure optimal performance.
Resident Feedback
Previous prototype program feedback from our military residents reported:
Increase in resident satisfaction with on-post housing
Increase in satisfaction with water quality
Had Increased interest in other wellness products to enhance their living experience
* Resident satisfaction is based on results at Fort Meade.
